Louis Bar is a 7-time World Champion ballroom dancer and a renowned Olympic choreographer for ice skaters. He was crowned the top dance coach in America in 2014, 2015, and 2016, demonstrating his incredible talent and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Born in Paris, France, he grew up as an ice skater and became national champion. In 1991, Louis moved to the United States to pursue his passion for ballroom dancing, where he quickly became the highest-paid dance coach in America.
In 1997, Louis met his wife, Laura Cantu, and within 9 months, they became one of the top couples in the world in Argentine Tango. They also became French National champions in Swing, Disco, Argentine Tango, and Mixing blues. Their talents have taken them all over the world, performing for 3 United States Presidents, and on TV shows such as Good Morning America.
Louis is embarking on his most ambitious project to date with the One in a Million Dancer project. His ambition is to become World Champion with his wife, Laura Cantu for the first time as a couple; and also bring three other remarkable women along to dance in their own categories and become World Champions too.
